Small hotel in a lively area very close to bars and cafes and with things to see. Lovely and beautiful room provided with a balcony, good aircon plus large bed. Good location a 10-15 minute walk from Porta San Giacomo.

The rooms at this small hotel were exceptionally nice and excellent. I really enjoyed having central heating and a coffeemaker in the room. - the location in the heart of Bergamo was super and marvelous. - Lunch at La Pizza Bio di Roby, just a minute walk from the property, had every choice imaginable. - the airport was approximately a 10-minute drive away. - Everything was simply perfect.

The hotel has impeccably clean rooms with private bathrooms. the check-in process is easy and the check-out is convenient. the location is absolutely perfect, with a bus stop only a short walk away. It is also close to bars and restaurants.

During my recent stay at an aparthotel in Bergamo, I had the pleasure of experiencing a truly fantastic staff. From the moment I arrived, their warm welcome and genuine smiles made me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns, and their friendliness was infectious, spreading positive vibes throughout the entire establishment. It was like being greeted by a troop of cheerleaders, but without the pom-poms!

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the limited space in the bathroom. While the private bathroom itself was modern and well-equipped, it would have been nice to have a little more room to store my cosmetics and towels.

The communication with the staff was excellent, and they provided great hospitality. The room I stayed in was on the highest floor, offering a beautiful view of the city. The bed was comfortable and the room had a lot of natural light, which I really appreciate. The small balcony added to the charm and allowed me to soak in the authentic Italian atmosphere.
